Project Responsibilities
Sandra is responsible for the conceptualisation of high quality design solutions from spatial, concept visuals to final product completion, providing input on all aspects of our design process. As Head of Design Sandra is responsible for directing the design team and checking the quality of work prior to production. Sandra is key to the ongoing development of the other designers in Tandem working directly with them, teaching best practice and supporting them with her unique and excellent approach.
Relevant Experience
With nearly 10 years’ experience Sandra is a double award-winning designer using her enthusiasm and drive to set a high standard of creativity into the design team’s outputs, while adding valuable design input into every Tandem project. Sandra’s background in print design and brand development serves her well; she prides herself on meticulous attention to detail with a careful and precise balance of content is always at the forefront of her work. In considering the physical space Sandra attentively develops a graphic language and colour scheme to give each project a subtle but distinguishable identity while ensuring all spaces contribute towards a cohesive, unique, enriching and memorable experience. She is always exploring new ways to engage and excite the visitors; incorporating design elements that will draw visitors in and maintain their interest.
Sandra establishes excellent relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs. Her meticulous attitude towards design, organisation and management ensures quality at every level. As a creative, Sandra is always on the look out for what she considers good design and constantly collects material that inspires her; from interior to environmental design; from editorial graphics to brand.
