Peter Scott
Interior Architect
Peter’s focus lies in the detail, with a particular interest in developing concepts through to resolved design. A registered architect, his background spans both architecture and interiors, with experience ranging from high-end hospitality fit-outs to kitchen design undertaken alongside his architectural studies. This varied background informs his strong interest in spatial planning, shaping a considered and user-focused approach to the design of exhibitions and visitor experiences.
Beyond the studio
Outside of work, Peter enjoys finding any excuse to start another DIY project, though finishing them is not always guaranteed. When he’s not doing that, he can usually be found hunting through local charity shops for mistakenly donated furniture, or enjoying an overpriced coffee and sweet treat as a reward after walking the pup.
Dream interpretation project
A dream interpretation project would explore the evolution of modern furniture, tracing ideas from the Bauhaus movement through to the warmth and character of mid-century modern design. The exhibition would combine varied materials, rich wood tones, bold colour, and interactive moments to keep visitors engaged.
