Isha Sharma

Isha plays a key role at Tandem, supporting the delivery of projects from kick-off to completion across all RIBA stages. She works closely with clients, consultants and the studio team to manage programmes, budgets and procurement, reporting with precision.

Isha oversees project documentation, including invoicing schedules, compliance trackers and consultant appointment records, ensuring everything is aligned with Tandem’s operational standards. Her co-ordination helps maintain momentum through each project stage, from initial briefing to delivery. With strengths in client engagement, risk management and process efficiency, Isha is a vital contributor to project outcomes and the smooth day-to-day running of the studio.

Relevant experience

Isha joined Tandem in July 2025, and to date has leveraged her diverse experience across law, commercial operations and project management. In previous roles, she has managed high-value contracts, conducted risk analysis and streamlined processes in top law firms and corporate real estate environments. This experience has sharpened her attention to detail, strengthened client relationships and enhanced her ability to deliver accurate results across multi-disciplinary teams.

Professional development

Isha completed her MSc in Project Management at the University of Northampton with Distinction, with research focused on the role of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare project risk management.

She is further developing her expertise through the NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation and has completed training in safeguarding, contract law, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

At Tandem, Isha is building specialist knowledge in the management of interpretation and visitor-experience design projects supporting the delivery of engaging, audience-focused environments across heritage, cultural and public realm sectors. Her growing skillset enhances the value she brings to each project and the wider team.
